Spordle Play (Score Entry) Requirements - Only Required by Associations Entering Baseball Alberta Leagues

GAINING ACCESS TO SPORDLE PLAY

To access Spordle Play, you must first be properly registered and rostered with your association. Once you’re added to a team roster, a Spordle Play account will be automatically created for you—unless you already have one.

To access your Spordle Play profile:

1. Log in to your Spordle My Account.

2. On your dashboard, look for the Spordle Play – Manage button.

3. Click the button to enter your Spordle Play profile.

If your Spordle Profile is properly linked, you’ll be able to access Spordle Play without any issues.

LINKING YOUR PROFILE

If your Spordle profile is not linked to your account, you’ll need to do this manually in your Spordle My Account.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Spordle My Account

• If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one first

2. Go to the Members section

3. Click the “+” (Add Member) button

4. Search for and link your profile

This step is required to ensure you have proper access to connect your Spordle Play permissions.

The system will search for the member in the Spordle iD database and display the profiles that match your search.

Select the profile you are looking for and click the Validate button at the bottom of the page.

You can also search by participant number by clicking Search with participant number at the bottom of the page.

SPORDLE PLAY REQUIREMENTS (SCORE ENTRY)

Score entry is to be completed within Spordle Play. Off-Field Managers and Head Coaches will have permissions to be able to enter scores. 

It is the requirement of the winning team to enter and submit the score in Spordle Play.
