This can be found in your dashboard, or in the help bubble on the top right of the page.
Support requests: From this section, you can view how many support requests you have created, and how many you have currently open. A display of each of your tickets will be shown, including the status of the ticket. Links are available to your support requests, and to create a new ticket, and you can click on each support request to open it and review all comments or add additional information.
Clicking on the link for Support requests takes you to the My Support Request page. You can use the filters to sort your tickets by Priority or by Status. You can also search by the ticket number, or by subject.
From the ticket display, you can view the reference of the tickets, the subject, the priority level and the status.
From the top right corner you can click on + Support request to start a new ticket.
When submitting a request, please remember to put in as much detail as you can.
Opening your tickets, you can view comments, update information and add attachments by clicking on +Add.
